Tuition & Fees

Billing - Tuition is billed through Brightwheel on Friday for the upcoming week.  Payments are due on Monday and must be made through Brightwheel.  Parents may pay by ACH or by Credit Card.

Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) - Families receiving CCAP benefits will be responsible for the difference between the state subsidy and our market rate.

Discounts - There is a 5% discount for full-time students and an additional 5% discount for each full-time sibling.  Educators receive extra vacation weeks, billed at 50%, for both weeks of winter break and the week of spring break.

Disenrollment - We require a 2 week notice for disenrollment.  Families that disenroll before the 2 weeks will be billed for the subsequent weeks whether their student attends or not.

Holidays - Families pay full tuition for holidays when the center is closed, with the exception of the week between Christmas and Easter, which is billed at 50%.

Holidays include: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Friday before school begins teacher workshop day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Wed-Friday), The week between Christmas & New Years Day.

Late Payment - There will be a $40 Late Fee assessed to any invoice that is not paid within 14 days.  This allows families to pay every other week if they prefer without incurring any late fees.

Late Pickup - There will be a $15 + $1/minute late fee charged to families

 who pick their child(ren) up after 12pm (preschool) or 6pm (child care).  This is due in cash the next attendance day.

Make Up Days - We are unable to allow “make up days” for students who are absent.

Supply Fee - There is a $75 nonrefundable annual supply fee billed upon registration and each August thereafter.  The supply fee is not prorated.  There is also a $75 summer fee to cover costs of additional programs and materials.

Vacation Time - Each family receives one week of vacation, billed at 50%, each year.  

FAMILIES WITH BALANCES OVER 30 DAYS PAST DUE WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE PROGRAM UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS MADE.
